Terms of Use for Music.Worldmates.Club

Welcome to Music.Worldmates.Club (the "Site"), a music platform part of the Worldmates.Club social network. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and its services. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1. General Provisions

Music.Worldmates.Club provides a platform for uploading, playing, and sharing music content, creating playlists, and engaging with the community. The Site operates in compliance with Ukraine’s Law No. 2811-IX "On Copyright and Related Rights," Law No. 3321-IX "On Digital Content and Digital Services," and EU regulations, including Directive 2019/770, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA), and Directive 2001/29/EC (InfoSoc).

2. Right to Use

  • Access: You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms.
  • Registration: Some features (e.g., uploading tracks) require account registration. You must provide accurate information and not share your account with others.
  • Age: The Site is intended for users aged [specify age, e.g., 16] or older. If younger, parental or guardian consent is required.

3. User Content

  • Uploading Content: You may upload music, playlists, comments, or other content. You confirm you have all necessary rights or licenses for uploaded content.
